We are also a recommended repair centre for all leading insurance companies including Axa, IGI, Bakers, Cornhill, Caravan Club - Devitt Frizzell and Drewe, and many more. We are also an extended warranty repair centre and undertake warranty repairs for all providers. Our staff have a good working relationship with all of the UK's leading insurance companies which helps us to arrange for a rapid approval of any accident repair work. With this in mind we have an online Insurance Estimate System. Our 7 bay workshops is a five star approved facility providing a comprehensive caravan and motorhome service, warranty and accident repair service.
Our technicians are manufacturer trained and can handle any problem large or small, from fitting extra lights and plugs to major accident damage, always with quality in mind. Our technicians are City and Guilds Qualified as well as A.C.S Gas Qualified. Our workshop team are very experienced in the repair and maintenance of caravans and motorhomes, we have over 25 years of caravan and motorhome care. Old or new we have the experience and knowledge to diagnose and repair any fault on your caravan or motorhome. We offer menu servicing to caravans and motorhomes where a seventy point check is made on gas, electrics, chassis, braking system, body leaks etc. The service is approved by the National Caravan Council and the Caravan Club and is carried out to the highest standards. We have an extensive after sales parts department on two floors and have access to Genuine Parts from all U.K Manufacturers and with the ability to source parts over 20 years old. We carry stocks of obselete windows, doors, aluminium panels and wallboards for vans up to twenty years old. Give us a try, you never know! We are also a genuine Dometic service centre for South Wales, as well as Thetford, Truma and Al-KO. and as such are approved to carry out warranty repairs to exacting standards. We also carry full stocks of spares from all these appliance manufacturers. Our aim is to make your caravan repair and servicing experience as pleasant as possible. We are happy to provide estimates for all work in a clear, understandable form. Whilst your caravan is in for repair we can keep you informed of the progress and, on completion, provide you with comprehensive details of the work carried out.
