We were on holiday when our fridge stopped working, our intention was to stay for 2 weeks, however without a fridge we had decided to go home. The warden on our site recommended you, after explaining our predicament to you an engineer arrived. He explained that a new 'cooling unit' was required. This arrived the following day and your engineers arrived to fit it the same day.

From our initial contact with you to book our caravan in to our collection we were extremely impressed. The advice given by Jonathan?, one of your engineers regarding our gas regulator I'm sure has led to us not suffering the dreaded 'blocked regulator' problems.

Our motorhome was due for its second habitation service in November; we were given you details whilst on holiday in Cornwall. So highly did this chap recommend you we decided to contact you to carry out the service. I must say we were shocked to find out we had to wait four weeks for an appointment. However after using Carafit for our service we can see why you're so busy.
We have only one complaint, why don't you have a bigger workshop so that the four week wait can be avoided? Even with a bigger workshop I fear the four week wait might continue.
